In September of this year, the Ukraine stopped accepting new dossiers from U.S., Italian, Spanish, German, French and Canadian families. According to news reports this change is due to past adoptive families not complying with regulations and submitting post adoptive reports. This is temporary and new dossiers will be accepted as soon as outstanding post adoption reports are submitted. How many reports are missing?
    "Foreigners have adopted 12,000 Ukrainian children over the last 15 years. Information on 75 percent of those children is unavailable, the head of the Ukrainian Security Service said this summer."
Learn the basics about post adoption reports. Don't make thousands of children wait on you! Get to writing.
