Response to Soule Editorial

Peggy and David Soule wrote an op-ed that was published by the Rochester Democrat and Chronicle on February 11, 1991, entitled "It Takes More Than Sex to be a Dad". They feel that it is up to the man to discover whether he has fathered a child and register with Putative Father Registries to show their intent to parent the child. Erik L. Smith shares his opinion in his recent rebuttal article. With Erik's legalese and knowledge of numerous court battles, he weaves a strong case for the rights of fathers.
