You are right Carrie, that is heavy. Maybe the child keeps secrets as a means of self-protection, that or he/she has learned speaking out does no good.
Awe, you know I was a foster child and often had to keep my mouth shot. This is powerful!
Very powerful and so apt for Wordless Wednesday.
I took almost like someone was making her keep them…not her choice.
Advocating for these children is truly God’s work. God bless the people who help these children.
