There are so many reports out there regarding Michael Jackson, but here are some latest bits of news regarding Michael Jackson's children.
Katherine Jackson, 79, Michael's beloved mother, was granted temporary guardianship this morning of his three children, Prince Michael Jr, 12, Paris Michael Katherine, 11, and Prince Michael II, 7.
Judge Mitchell Beckloff has scheduled another hearing for July 6 and August 3, to establish who should be the children's permanent guardian.
It's being speculated that neither Debbie Rowe or Michael Jackson are the two eldest children's biological parents, but Michael may be presumed the father. There is a question as to if he needed to formally adopt the children, which he didn't. Debbie Rowe may have been a gestational surrogate and not a traditional surrogate.
Prince "Blanket" Michael II's, surrogate mother was never identified. It's reported that Michael Jackson's lawyer picked up the child from the hospital when he was only a few days old.
The courts will be looking at what is in the children's best interest when determining who should gain permanent custody. The children's attachments and emotional bonds will be considered.
I will completely miss Michael Jackson's music and fantastic dancing. I distinctly remember watching TV that night in 1983, when he sang Billie Jean and first moon walked across stage. It seemed like magic. I sincerely hope that the best interest of his children is considered when the California court system goes about the messy decision of sorting money and the attachments of these children. I don't envy anyone who has to make this decision.

I think the first person to respond here hit the nail on the head. How awful it would be for the children if people start picking apart who the father was/is to MJ’s children. It would be like vulgers pulling meat off a bone – awful.
yes MJ is the father od these 3 Children and he greatly deserves it! He was the best father in the world!
The one who raises the children gets the title of Dad. You don’t have to be blood to get that privelage! And shame on anyone that will split the siblings apart!
i miss michael soo much,when i watched his memorial today,i felt like i had known him ever since.even if people say that the children are not his,they should know that he has taken care of them very well and his will should be respected.
You have to think that Michael won’t really ever be gone. He was such a icon such a huge part of our history. So fan’s that miss him and love him I say just listen to one of his songs or stare at a picture and he’ll always be there.
Debbie Rowe dam sure should-not get custody of these children. Let her continue caring for her horses, as that is what she does best. The judge should allow their Nannie to continue on being their Nanny as she is the closest female person in their upbringing. Mrs. Jackson, Michael’s mom should get custody of them as that is the father’s wishes. However the two females – the Nanny and Mrs. Jackson should be forced to work hand-in-hand in raising the children.

Paris was conceived in the city of Paris, that’s why they named her paris. As for Blanket, See the interview “life with Michael Jackson. Michael says it was his sperm cell and that he was at the hospital for Bankets birth. As for that clown that claimed he was Paris’ father after Michaels death “Mark Lester” What an insalt. With friends like that who needs enemies.
What an interesting situation! How could there be no documentation of parenthood? If Michael says his father was abusive, why would they put 3 children into his home? Nothing here seems to make sense!

I think that MJ was eccentric and no one really understood him. These children love him and he loves his children that is all they need to be seeing on TV not the mess they are probably getting a glimpse of. Because no matter what it will always be about the children and there feelings so I say stop talking trash media and let these babies live for there future and stop reminding them of the pain and suffering they are going through by losing MJ, their dad.
