Basic Requirements:
You can be single, married, divorced or widowed.
You can be a renter or own your home, and children can share bedrooms.
Adults 21 years of age and older are welcome.
You need to be economically stable.
All adult household members must be fingerprinted for a criminal records check.
You must participate in foster parent training.
Requirements to become a licensed foster parent also include: You must have access to transportation and a telephone or other similar means of communication.
