Steps to Becoming a Foster Home in Iowa :

- Attend an orientation session.
- Do PS-MAPP training.
- Complete a home study. A social worker will evaluate your home and environment.
- Become licensed.
- Welcome a child into your home!
- Use your Iowa KidsNet support services as needed.
