Foster Home Basic Requirements:
- Age 21 or over.
- Pre-service training which consists of 8 classes (32 hours).
- Verification of stable income, sufficient to meet the needs of the family.
- Child Abuse Data Base Screening/Criminal Background Screening Release Form.
- Couples in a cohabiting relationship are not eligible to become Foster/Adoptive Parents in Utah.
