• We also learned that according to the readers of About Adoption & Foster Care, the top story of 2007 was the story of little Anna Mae He. I wonder what the top story of 2008 will be?

• John McCain's campaign used pictures of Cindy McCain holding adopted daughter Bridget in mailings. Many readers posted comments to the blog.

• A post on the Web site Post Secret chilled a forum reader and adoptee.

• The movie Juno stirred up a lot of dust in the adoption community, both good and bad. I, for one, enjoyed the movie.

• We got updates from Hollywood on possible adoption rumors and wondered if Anelina and Brad's new addition was biological or through adoption. We now know that biological twins were, in fact, on the way to the Jolie-Pitt home.
