The national Wednesday's Child Website, sponsored by the Freddie Mac Foundation, provides photographs and descriptions of children in need of adoptive families who are shown on television each Wednesday night in 6 different cities: Atlanta, Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, Philadelphia, and Washington, DC. The site also provides free information packets for families and social workers and a family resource area with anaswers to Frequently Asked Questionss about Wednesday's Child. We receive questions and inquiries every day from people who are interested in the waiting children shown on Wednesday's Child TV programs and on the site, or who just want to know more about or understand the Wednesday's Child program.
