Start by gluing the polka dotted paper to the pink strip. Allow a bit of the pink to show on one long edge.
Glue on the letters. Place the largest letter, which stands for your family's last name, in the center. The other two initials are of the children's first names if adopting two children. You may choose to pick the child's three initials for the first, middle and last name, if adopting one child.
