The Adoption-Friendly Workplace is a program of the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption. It promotes and encourages companies to offer adoption benefits to employees.
America's Best Adoption Friendly Workplaces List:
Each year the Adoption-Friendly Workplace program lists out the best in a top 100 listing. Based on the amount of financial support offered as well as paid leave for adoptive parent employees, the listing is broken down by the top 100, the top ten by size and the top five in each industry.
Free Toolkits:
Free toolkits are also available; geared for the employee seeking to ask their employer to offer adoption benefits, or for the employer who is considering assisting employees with adoptions.
