2006 - A Year in Review

• The year began with some major celebrities becoming adoptive parents. Meg Ryan adopted a little girl from China and Brad Pitt adopted Angelina Jolie's children, Maddox and Zahara.
• People just can't keep from saying stupid, insensitive things about Bragelina or adoption. The media were making comments such as "Brad and Angelina are going to have their first child" and "Is she ready to raise her own child". I guess Maddox and Zahara are only "test-drive babies" in the eyes of the media. I'm sure Jolie isn't happy about the inappropriate adoption language either. Our forum family was also unhappy with the comments.
