2006 - A Year in Review

• November was National Adoption Month and National Adoption Day, November 18, 2006, was the biggest since it's beginning in 2000.

• RegDay was also celebrated on November 18 with volunteers helping adoptees and birth families register with the International Soundex Reunion Registry (ISRR).

• The Evan B. Donaldson Adoption Institute looked at the rights of birthparents and made several interesting findings.
