Volunteer Comments: I'm also researching black market adoption with the Veil. The Veil was an unwed mother's home in Middletown, Delaware with Dr. Jerome Niles. If there are any Veil babies I'd love to help them. Many have falsified Original Birth Certificates, but some don't. I can tell them how to start a search. We have Veil babies in touch with each other over the Internet.
