Juli does ask to be reimbursed for charges incurred during the search. These charges would include long distance phone call fees, stamps, certified mail etc. She will provide receipts and notes that most cases amount to less than $100 with most costing less than $20.00. She can provide references upon request.
Juli will carefully screen the adoptee before beginning a search and then will screen the birth parents upon locating them. She will never give out information to either party until it is a clear and clean situation on both sides and the initial meeting is usually a three way call she initiates.
Juli states that she has several ways to help people, even with non- identifying information.
"I am adopted. I have over the last 20 years helped several people find their birth parents. I found mine with my records from '67 being sealed."
