"I was adopted as a baby. My adoptive parents told me at an early age that I was adopted and I have had a lifelong interest in finding my birth mother. Due to the help of a search angel I am coming closer to having contact with my birth family. I know the disappointment that comes with the dead ends and the thrills that come from finding some bit of information—a name, phone number, newspaper article. No matter what I've found, knowing, for me, has been exponentially greater than not knowing."
