Reunited for the Holidays

Just wanted to say thank you again for finding my birth mother,I have since met my sister and her kids. Everyone has been very accepting of me and we were all together for thanksgiving. God bless you and merry Christmas

Finally found!

After finding out that I had an older sister put up for adoption years ago, I went through the proper "channels" and spent years looking. 2 weeks after I had contacted the Search Angels, I had 3 responses and they all had the same name. Since EVERY single item had matched, I was 100% positive that I had finally found my sister. The angels are very up front about every possible scenario that might happen when you cold call a name and blurt out everything you want to say. So I called her and explained my years long search and that her name and a couple others, had been uncovered and if I could ask her one simple question... "are you an adopted child?"... When her answer came back as no, I didn't pursue it further and we chatted a bit and that was the end. She has 2 children, has been happily married for 40+ years and lives in a beautiful area. Ultimately, that is all I needed to know so I consider my search a success, even if that is the end of my story.

My Happy Ending

i have found out that its never too late to search for your birth parents. i am 44 and when i was 18 yrs old i found out i was adopted. curiosity was there straight away but i did nothing about it because i didnt want to hurt the family that had brought me up, then 4 years ago, both had passed away and then i tried bit by bit to do the search on my own with out much luck. i found this angel "mike". 9/9/2010 at 17.45 was my special moment when i spoke to my big sister and at 19.00 the same evening i was crying my eyes out in my fathers arms. i was brought up as an only child, but now i have a sister brother father and 2 half sisters and a half brother. from what i have been told by my new family our mother has rejected all of her children so my search for her is over, why should she want me when she doesn't want them, but my fathers partner gives more love than our birth mother ever has. i was so nervous about what i might find but it has been well worth it. don't give up!!!!!
