Foster Care News - Meth Children Straining Foster Care System

Lately there have been several news articles from around the nation reporting that due to the number of people addicted to drugs, namely methamphetamine, foster care systems are overloading with children needing foster care.
From an article that appears on KSDK.com out of Missouri
    "More than 1,600 children have been taken from their homes this year because their parents are doing drugs."
