Definition: A set of legal documents and adoption papers used in international adoptions. The adoption papers will include your home study, marriage license, financial statement, and health certificates - to name a few. Each country has its own set requirements for the dossier. Check with your adoption agency to see what adoption papers you will need to complete your adoption dossier.
