My Daughter's Foot Print Ghost

Image Owned by Carrie Craft
These cute little ghosties will surely float their way into the hearts of the family members who receive them. Great for birth family either in a foster or adopt situation. Have fun with this easy project.
Difficulty: Easy
Time Required: 20 Minutes Plus Drying Time
Here's How:
  1. Coat the bottom of one of your child's feet in white tempera paint.
  2. Place the black construction paper on the floor and have the child step onto the paper.
  3. Have child lift foot straight up. For easy clean-up have a wet paper towel or baby wipe handy.
  4. Place paper with white foot print on table to dry. See the paint instructions for drying time.
  5. After the print is completely dry position the paper so that the toes are down. The toes will be the bottom of the ghost.
  6. At the top of the heel portion of the foot have the child glue on two google eyes.
  7. With black marker the child may add a small oval for a ghostly mouth or leave as is.
  8. Add the child's name, age, and date of project with silver gel pen or white crayon if desired.
  9. Send as a fun Halloween card or present as a gift.
