Cute way to decorate almost any card or poster and make a cute gift for birth mothers.
Difficulty: Easy
Time Required: 20 Minutes - Plus Drying Time

Here's How:

  1. Coat both of your child's palms and fingers with Tempera Paint.
  2. Have child keep fingers and thumb together on each hand. Place hands flat onto paper so that the tips of the thumbs and index fingers are touching. (Note: The palms of the hands will create the top of the heart and the fingers pointing downward are the tip of the bottom of the heart.)
  3. Add chosen sentiment. It may be a cute idea to have the child write in the things that he loves or the things that are in his heart, like the childrens book, In My Heart.

Don't forget child's name, age, and date.

What You Need:

  • Construction paper - color choice is your own
  • Tempera paint in chosen color(s)
  • Pens or markers
